Fumigation style metering bi fueling kit for alcohol and / or wastewater such as and including urine.  The generator in this kit can also use a methanol water mix - a.k.a. windshield washer fluid.  You can also mix E85 with water and use that in freezing climates to keep the system from freezing. 

This kit contains a Hoffman type design generator.  Also called a Hofmann voltameter which is an apparatus for electrolysing water, invented by August Wilhelm von Hofmann (1818–1892) in 1866. ... Water is the ONLY feedstock to make fuel which is instantly renewable and the use of it by splitting to get hydrogen and burn does not harm the planet.  Hydrogen itself nor the water vapor from burning it does not reach escape velocity to leave the atmosphere, and rises as a vapor - also called "steam" which becomes what we call clouds and to then return to earth clean again as rain - simple precipitation.  Launching Rockets into space powered by Hydrogen with Oxygen however DOES remove water from the planet and should really be regulated or stopped.  BUT . . .  using water to split and gain Hydrogen for fuel will only solve the COgreenhouse effect and will help to cool the planet back to its previous norm. 

At one time Venus had an atmosphere like Earth and now it is shrouded in a COatmosphere of ice crystal clouds and is the hottest known place in the solar system at an average of 864 degrees Fahrenheit.  Man will long be dead before that happens but just a few more degrees of temperature increase and the ecosystem will break down to the point that planet Earth will approach inhabitability really fast by man and wildlife alike.

The fumigation mixer in this kit will vary the amount of gas flowing to an engine based on the mass air flow to the engine in a lock step with throttling.  This is a pure gas wet Hoffman design type generator in this kit.  It is called a "kit" but the generator is fully assembled and partially wired to the sensors on it that controls hydrogen production.  You will need your own 60 psi pumping system or pressurized liquid feedstock source.  The mixer could in theory power up to a 145 Kw engine solely - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_small-block_engine for how Kw compares to horsepower, but in a bi-fueling mode only supplying supplemental fuel it works fine for any V-8 engine and if need be two mixers could be used simultaneously.  

No wiring or pumps or other plans; however it is a wet cell design which will not clog and is a low (under 40 psi) pressure type wet cell design.  .  Wiring and plumbing is a bit more tricky. Custom made item NOT Returnable or Refundable

This is for non-pollution controlled regulated engines or end of life waivers or can also be used to get an Executive Order Exemption from the California Air Resources Board when properly installed for a pollution controlled engine..  This will actually reduce emissions on an end of life diesel engine.  It can be used on CNG, Propane and Gasoline or Alcohol (E85) fueled engines.


Emission standards must be met over the entire useful life of the engine. EPA requires the application of deterioration factors (DFs) to all engines covered by the rule. The DF is a factor applied to the certification emission test data to represent emissions at the end of the useful life of the engine.

The engine useful life and the in-use testing liability period, as defined by EPA for emission testing purposes, are listed below for different engine categories. The Tier 4 rule maintains the same engine useful life periods.

the rule is stillo that you may not tamper with or disable the emission control system on any engine, but there is no rule as to fueling UNLESS it unlawfully increases emissions - for instance one cannot use anything but ULSD for an on road engine, but for bi-fueling so long as the overall exit emissions do not increase an engine can be bi-fueled with anything it will run on.  Pure Hydrogen in and of itself is an emission-less - or "zero emission" fuel - and is the ONLY "zero emission" fuel.

The EPA defines vehicle categories, also by GVWR, for the purposes of emissions and fuel economy certification. EPA classifiesvehicles as Light Duty (GVWR < 8,500 lb) or Heavy Duty (GVWR > 8,501 lb). ... FHWA categorizes vehicles as Light Duty (Class 1-2), Medium Duty (Class 3-6), and Heavy Duty (Class 7-8).

There are two basic types of electrolysis Hydrogen Generators - the PEM design and the Hoffman design.  For more info, see - which Hydrogen Generator is best for the job ??  The PEM design uses a membrane and electronic controller - and the Hoffman design is a mechanically separated gas design.  This is the Hoffman type design.  It requires a balancing act to hold just enough pressure against the anode side to create pressure on the cathode - or Hydrogen producing side consistently.  That is balanced against the heat of the unit - the type of elecrolyte feedstock and the power (voltage and current) one is consistently feeding the unit.  To put pressure on the unit the feedstock must be pumped in under pressure similar to 45 psi.  That means you need a pump and controls to control the balancing act - a regulator, pressure and float fill switch and drain and filtered return line to the main tank.
